VectorStar

The VectorStar MS4645B Model VNA operates from 10 MHz or 70 kHz to 50 GHz. The VNA can be configured for passive or active measurements depending on the options installed. When combined with the 08x series of millimeter-wave options the MS4645B can also be used to drive a selection of external waveguide millimeter-wave modules. The VectorStar VNA offers a performance benchmark for S-parameter measurements of RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-wave devices and provides RF and Microwave engineers a powerful measurement tool for performance analysis of devices ranging from transistors in an on-wafer environment to communication systems in commercial or defense applications.
