Can I measure BER on ISDB-T signals using the MS8911B Digital Broadcast Field Analyzer?

BER(Bit Error Rate) measurements are not applicable to the ISDB-T Signal Analyzer mode but are available as an option to the DVBT-H Signal Analyzer mode on the MS8911B.
