Multi National Group selects Anritsu’s Next Generation Service Assurance solution

The Selection of Anritsu by the Group extends the relationship already established with a number of the group members. The group companies will be able to take advantage of the newest capabilities of the MasterClaw solution ™ such as data service analysis through Integrated DPI which provides CSPs with unparalleled visibility of the user behaviour and real time experience.
The Anritsu solution provides insight into network and service problems using real-time and historical information extracted from the network. Anritsu’s customer experience solutions, network monitoring, troubleshooting and near real time analysis means that CSPs can resolve problems quicker, – enabling fast time to fix, improved customer experience and continued revenue generation.
By helping CSPs to quickly resolve problems occurring in multi-vendor, multi technology networks, the commercialisation benefits of new end-user services and new network technology can be achieved faster, enabling fast time-to-market for new services and networks, as well as reduced subscriber churn, increased subscriber satisfaction and increased CSP revenue.
