Radio Interference - A Topic to Be Taken Seriously

04/05/2023 ,

Radio interference can come from transmitters as well as electrical or electronic devices. Although modern digital transmission systems are more immune against interference, the ever-increasing density of electronic appliances produce an increasing interference potential.

This webinar will explain the typical effects and principles of RF interferences to communication systems, the most common interference sources, procedures, and measurement methods applied by the Federal Network Agency when hunting and classifying the interference, and ways to eliminate them.

Presenter:
Thomas Hasenpusch

Measurement Engineer at Federal Network Agency (BNetzA)
With a degree in applied physics, Mr. Hasenpusch has been working as a measurement engineer at the Radio Monitoring Station Munich. He's gained more than 40 years of experience in Radio Interference Investigation.
