AI based Solutions

Anritsu leverages AI technology to enhance its communication measurement solutions. Their initiatives include monitoring large-area spectrum activities, tracking interference signals, evaluating AI-powered smart antenna technology, and integrating service assurance data. These efforts enable rapid and accurate threat identification, improved communication quality, and the establishment of a secure communication environment.

  • AI based actionable spectrum intelligence
This demonstration targets organizations interested in large-area spectrum activity monitoring and AI-enabled features for tracking interference or adversarial signals. OmniSIG Studio handles signal editing, labeling, and classification, while the MS27201A-0105 option and DeepSig's Model Hub analyze 1050 MHz spectrum data in under 10 seconds to identify threats and anomalies. A sensor network displays data on a map and dashboard, highlighting interference scenarios and communication protocol usage.

  • Testing of AI based antenna technology up to 8x8 MIMO AI Solutions
Anritsu, Postech, and SK-T have developed a testbed for evaluating AI-powered smart antennas using up to 8x8 MIMO layers. Postech's technology can receive spatially multiplexed 5G NR waveforms from MT8000A transmitters, supporting up to 8x8 MIMO, and digitize the received signals using MT8000A as the receiver. This testbed allows for 'over the air' testing and evaluation of advanced AI-powered antenna technologies in demanding 8x8 MIMO configurations.
  • AI-Assured Networks for an Autonomous Tomorrow
Anritsu demonstrates the value of partnering with third-party data providers to enhance customer experience insights. Their Service Assurance data and AI-led insights offer unparalleled network visibility, from equipment modules to subscriber behavior. By integrating Ookla’s DownDetector data, they can correlate network issues with subscriber experiences in real time. Partnering with SmartViser, Anritsu highlights the importance of Service Assurance for Private Networks, ensuring controlled, secure, and reliable operations and services.
  • Cognitive Signal Analysis using AI
The "starter kit" with MS2080A and Y9820A Inceptron Companion uses AI to classify digital signals from a supplied library, recognizing modulation methods like FSK, LoRaWan, and SigFox. It features "Capture on Demand" for recording unknown signals and detects radio interference, demonstrating AI's ability to identify signals in noise. The Y9860A with an integrated MS27200A spectrum analyzer is designed for rugged use, detecting various signals and distinguishing between drone "pilot" and flying platform signals. It measures signals from a DJI Mini 2 Drone & Pilot, showing communication and direction determination.
