概述

MS46322B 是由經濟型 ShockLine™ 向量網路分析儀組成的系列,可量測 1 MHz 至 8/20/43.5 GHz 的頻率範圍。此系列採用專利 ShockLine VNA 晶片技術,在高頻率上簡化內部 VNA 架構,除了減少儀器成本,更能提升準確度和量測的複現性。

MS46322B 皆為雙埠 VNA,封裝於精巧堅固的 2U 主機殼中。全系列皆具有每點 130 微秒的掃描速度,兼具優於 100 dB 的動態範圍,量測頻率可達 43.5 GHz,適合在工程、製造及預算有限的教育領域中執行無源裝置測試。

ShockLine™ VNA 體積精巧且可遠端程式控制,可輕鬆整合至機架安裝測試系統。支援 SCPI 命令程式設計與軟體驅動程式,可相容於最常見的程式設計環境。全系列均使用工業標準網路通訊協定 (LAN) 通訊技術,以執行遠端控制。ShockLine™ VNA 亦提供強大的圖形化使用者介面,可方便手動測試裝置。可自行連接觸控螢幕、鍵盤及滑鼠(由使用者提供),啟用完整的使用者介面。
