The following documents set forth the standard terms and conditions governing the commercial transactions of Anritsu Company and Anritsu Americas Sales Company (collectively, “Anritsu”). These terms
apply solely to transactions involving Anritsu Company and/or Anritsu Americas Sales Company and do not apply to any other Anritsu Corporation affiliate or subsidiary.
