I have an absolute limit line that I need to move to a different frequency. Is there a way to do that without having to recreate it?

Yes, in the "Limit Move" menu there is a soft key labeled "Move Limit to Current Center Frequency". Press this soft key to move either Absolute or Relative limit lines to the current center frequency.
