When using RTD, my display used to come up; but after installing a new browser, all I get is a red X?
Chances are that the Java run time engine has been replaced with a different version than what ships with the version of RTD you are using. Go to Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs, then check for various versions of JRE. Make sure that the only JRE you have installed corresponds to what ships with RTD (can be found in the installation directory under Protocol Analyser).
