Please ensure that the instrument's firmware is at the latest revision. On the PC side, sometimes when installing the 2 drivers that are required for the USB connectivity, they do not get installed properly and reinstalling will not work. In this case, go to: Control Panel > System > Device Manager (this is under hardware on XP operating systems).  Open the other devices If you see 2 devices highlighted in yellow, these are the 2 drivers that did not install properly. Highlight each, right click and uninstall both. Unplug the USB connection from your PC. Scroll down and click on Anritsu USB Driver and run. Click on new hardware found pop-up and follow on screen instructions, installing 2 drivers. This should correct the original corrupted driver install.
