Anritsu Extends Lead in 5G New Radio Protocol Conformance Test Submissions to the Global Certification Forum (GCF)

Allen, TX – July 16, 2019 – Anritsu Corporation is pleased to announce leadership in the number of protocol conformance tests for 5G New Radio (NR) submitted to the Global Certification Forum (GCF) July Conformance Agreement Group meeting, CAG#59. The tests are based on 3GPP TS 38.523 and cover multiple frequency bands in both Frequency Range 1 (FR1) and Frequency Range 2 (FR2).

In addition to these latest GCF submissions, Anritsu has made the most test case submissions to 3GPP RAN-5 for Non-Standalone (NSA) FR1, demonstrating its commitment to advancing 5G wireless device certification and to the mobile wireless industry. These are results of working closely with the leading chipset vendors globally and supported by mobile operators in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
