TAITRONICS & AIoT Taiwan 2026, the Taipei International Electronics Show and Taiwan International AIoT Show, will be held from October 20 to 22, 2026, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1.

Aligning with this year’s exhibition theme, “Edge Intelligence Now,” Anritsu will collaborate with leading industry partners Lih Yuan Enterprise, HonestCo Electric and LiVe Optronics under the theme “Engineering the Future of AI and High-Speed Test Solutions.” The exhibition will showcase a comprehensive range of advanced solutions, including silicon photonics wafer measurement, high-speed signal testing for AI servers, high-frequency dielectric characterization and manual probe testing, demonstrating Anritsu’s capabilities in AI and high-speed test and measurement technologies.

Anritsu Measurement Solutions for AI and High-Speed Communications

For R&D applications in AI and high-speed optical communications, Anritsu will showcase its ME7848A silicon photonics wafer measurement solution, equipped with a high-performance optical network analyzer (ONA). The solution supports high-precision, multi-wavelength optical-to-electrical (O/E), electrical-to-optical (E/O) and optical-to-optical (O/O) measurements.

Anritsu will also demonstrate the MP1900A high-speed integrated test solution for AI servers, designed to address high-speed interconnect testing challenges in AI data centers. The MP1900A is an eight-slot modular bit error rate tester (BERT) that supports PCIe 6.0/7.0 and 800GbE/1.6TbE interfaces.

The exhibition will also feature Aim-TTi basic electrical measurement solutions, including high-performance power supplies and precision measurement instruments for routine electronic circuit R&D and testing. In addition, Anritsu will demonstrate signal generation and precision power measurement using the four-channel power meter ML2439A and microwave synthesizer module MG36021A. These instruments support stable signal generation and reliable power measurement capabilities for AI and next-generation test and measurement applications.

Demonstrating AET High-Frequency Dielectric Characterization with Lih Yuan Enterprise

Anritsu will collaborate with Lih Yuan Enterprise, the Taiwan distributor of AET, to demonstrate high-frequency dielectric characterization using Anritsu’s ShockLine series vector network analyzers (VNAs). The solution enables precise measurement of dielectric constant (Dk) and dissipation factor (Df) for applications in high-speed communications, 5G, AI and data centers.

Lih Yuan Enterprise’s technical team will provide guidance on measurement method selection, application consultation and technical support to help customers accelerate materials R&D and validate high-frequency applications.

Building a Manual Wafer-Level Probing Environment with HonestCo Electric

To help engineers address demanding test challenges in high-speed data transmission, Anritsu will demonstrate a measurement setup combining its VectorStar VNA with HonestCo Electric’s RF6T benchtop wafer-level probe station. The manual probing platform is designed for electrical measurements on wafers and printed circuit boards (PCBs).

This collaborative configuration provides a flexible and stable measurement environment. Probe configurations and measurement equipment can be adapted to different device-under-test (DUT) sizes and test requirements, making the setup suitable for R&D validation, device characterization and low-volume testing.

Validating High-Speed Signals for NPO, CPO and Silicon Photonics with LiVe Optronics

Amid the growing the commercialization of high-speed laser chips in Asia, Anritsu will exhibit with LiVe Optronics, a design house specializing in laser chip design. Using Anritsu’s MS9740B optical spectrum analyzer, the companies will conduct precise optical characterization and validation of laser chips, demonstrating the technical workflow from chip design and device development to optoelectronic measurement.

Through in-depth technical collaboration in high-speed laser chips and precision measurement, the two companies will explore opportunities in AI, high-speed optical communications and next-generation optoelectronic applications, helping accelerate the transition of laser chips from R&D validation to commercial deployment.

TAITRONICS & AIoT Taiwan 2026 will focus on five key themes: AI applications, next-generation communications, embedded systems, intelligent power and sustainable innovation. The exhibition will showcase the latest trends and real-world implementations of AI and IoT integration. Held concurrently at the same venue, TPCA Show 2026, the annual exhibition for the printed circuit board (PCB) industry, will provide visitors with an opportunity to explore the latest technologies and trends across the electronics industry value chain.
