The 6th revised edition (R10.06) of UN Regulation No. 10 (UN ECE R10), which is an international standard for EMC of automobiles, has come into effect. In this, the immunity test of the emergency call system (eCall: Emergency Call) was defined.
By combining the signaling tester MD8475B and the eCall tester MX703330E, the cellular communication network and the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) can be simulated to verify the operation of the eCall system under electromagnetic interference.
