The XR75 Sideview model is specifically designed for tall and rigid packaged products such as composite cans, gable-top bags and cartons, stand-up pouches, PET bottles, and aseptic boxes. XR75 Sideview offers a brilliant solution to the typical foreign detection issues of these packaged products. The X-ray unit is equipped with leakage prevention covers that fully integrate with the existing product conveyor. As there are no curtains or transfer points, products can be conveyed smoothly and without interference, preventing line stoppages. Some container areas, such as the top and bottom of bottles, can be very challenging for X-ray detection due to their increased thickness. The Sideview is able to set the most suitable detection limit for each separate area, ensuring detection of foreign materials as small as 0.5 mm.
