I received a BA in Economics at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI followed by numerous executive training courses at various institutions. I was introduced to X-Ray technology over 25 years ago when only two food X-Ray companies were in existence. At that point, I didn’t realize that answering an ad in the Sunday jobs section of the newspaper for an X-Ray product manager would effectively take me around the world. Joining Anritsu in 2005 allowed my passion for the X-Ray technology and business management to flourish. Developing a strong business culture and commitment to teamwork focused on the customer experience has proven to be a solid algorithm for success. Besides supporting family at all levels, my passions are skiing, paddle boarding, golf, basketball and recently, sporting clays.

Leadership Team

I joined the Anritsu team in June 2013 as the Director of Operations for the Americas. During 37 years of work experience in the food industry, I found that strong work ethic, determination, and enthusiasm are important for success in both, career and personal life. Anritsu truly has a unique team and 'spirit' in that we embrace our "Team for family" values to the core. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing both snow and water, golfing, shooting sporting clays, spending time outdoors with my family, and I consider myself an avid Formula 1 fan!

Hermann Fleps

I joined Anritsu in 2024 (again.) With more than three decades of sales and managerial expertise, I am excited to be trusted to guide the enthusiastic Anritsu Sales Team. Together, we will strive to deliver an exceptional customer journey. Outside of work, I find joy in running, biking, hiking, and cherishing moments with my seven children and incredible wife. Some fun facts about me include playing and coaching college basketball, composing multiple songs, and being named on a few patents.

I joined Anritsu 6 years ago and have over two decades of experience as a Finance leader. At Anritsu I found a job/career. I built positive relationships, helped to nurture a great team, and I appreciate that Japanese culture has similarities to Greek heritage. I enjoy meeting thought-provoking people with high career aspirations, interesting stories and wit. Go Cubs!

I am thrilled to be part of the Anritsu leadership because it provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with talented team members who share a common vision for success. Having worked in the Product Inspection industry for most of my career, I am pleased to be working for a company that provides market-leading products. Away from work, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and watching my sons participate in a variety of sports. Soccer is my clear favorite. Having played soccer for most of my life and now just being a spectator, the sport has brought considerable enjoyment to me over the years.

Very much a hands on person – I have enjoyed a 25+ year career in inspection technology with a focus on sales and product development. Being part of a company that develops technology which improves food safety is rewarding and keeps my “techie”/engineering side happy. I have a passion for cars and enjoy almost all outdoor activities, especially those that have been related to my 2 sons' sporting events over the last 15 years.

After becoming an Anritsu team member and as the Supply Chain Manager, I am very proud of the team we have built. Each person’s dedication and loyalty to this operation has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to many more years working alongside great team members.

Working with technology is something I have always enjoyed. I have been working with Anritsu for over 7 years after spending 8 years in the aerospace industry working as an equipment technician. This industry has been both challenging and rewarding. Working with such an amazing team ensures the job never has a dull day. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with family, and finding unique vehicles.
