Anritsu's multi-lane checkweigher can operate up to 12 independent lanes from a single control unit. The settings of each lane, such as infeed speed, product registration, and reference values can be configured individually and controlled from the same screen. Thanks to the narrow center pitch of its weigh cells, the checkweigher can receive products directly from the filling machine with no extra spreading conveyors. This ensures proper product transfer, reducing loss caused by wrong orientation. The product lineup is available either as a stand-alone machine or a built-in system that integrates with an existing production process. The checkweigher also features a trend control function that sends feedback to the filling machine to adjust levels and reduce product giveaway.
