Anritsu's Grading System is a high-speed, high-accuracy machine for grading protein, produce and industrial products. This product line-up operates two lanes at a maximum speed of 330 products/min, features a weighing range of 6 to 600 g and maximum accuracy of ±0.1 g at 3s. The system classifies products into 4 to 12 ranks and divides them in up to three directions based on specified quantity and mass. The operator load is monitored. If overflow occurs, products are diverted automatically to the bypass lane, with no need to suspend a line for the replacement of containers. The IP66 rating allows for thorough washdown with high-pressure jets.
