The space-saving dual-lane configuration allows you to inspect two lanes of products with one unit. Dual-lane checkweighers are typically placed after filling and packaging machines of sticks, tubes, pouches, and flow-wrapped products. Each line can be operated independently from the machine's touchscreen panel. Trend control is also performed individually. Since this configuration can be applied to any series of Anritsu's checkweighers (SSV-h, SSV-i, and SSV-f), it's suitable for a wide range of products, cleaning and sanitation standards, accuracy requirements, and production environments. It also comes with a giveaway feature that calculates product excess both as total weight and percentage, allowing you to adjust filling levels and reduce costs.
