Its new digital Force Balance weigh cell allows for precise control of specific vibration characteristics within the conveying system, ensuring accurate results even at high speeds. The rigid center-balanced frame design minimizes vibration transmission to the weigh cell, further enhancing accuracy performance. A full draft cover is included as standard to mitigate the impact of surrounding drafts on weighing performance. Additionally, small diameter rollers (5mm) on the conveyor ensure reliable and stable product transfers, even for very small items. An integrated high-speed reject system with an accuracy detect feature enables precise reject timing at speeds of up to 1000 pieces per minute.
