To support this development, advanced test environments capable of emulating real-world driving conditions, such as the one shown below, have been introduced.

Within these environments, evaluations focus on the battery’s fast response when connected to an inverter or charger, current and voltage accuracy, and operational safety and durability. Because these tests involve high-current conditions, protecting the DUT and ensuring operator safety are also critical consideration.

We provide high-precision Battery Cyclers that support various test modes (CV, CC, CP) and are equipped with multiple safety features, enabling a realistic reproduction of charge/discharge conditions.
