Webinar
Single Sweep 70 kHz to 145 GHz Broadband System and On-Wafer Measurements
22/10/2014 , 08:00AM
1 Hour
Overview:
Anritsu offers a line of high performance Vector Network Analyzers. The newest model (ME7838D) is capable of sweeping from 70 kHz through 145 GHz in a single sweep using very small, highly integrated broadband heads.
An overview of millimeter wave VNA architectures will be presented and key components and subsystems examined. VNA measurement accuracy and uncertainty will be discussed and techniques that effect raw system directivity will be will be highlighted.
An overview of S-Parameter measurement and Noise Figure measurement techniques up through 125 GHz will be also be discussed.
Who should attend:
Engineers and Engineering managers characterizing devices using on-wafer measurement techniques and those who want a better understanding of broadband and banded VNA solutions.
What you will learn:
Techniques for high accuracy VNA measurements that maximize the raw system directivity and allow very broad band measurements to be made.
