By incorporating an automatic feeding machine in front of the clean cup scale, the workpiece supply to each belt feeder, which was previously done manually, is automated, realizing labor saving.

In addition to foreign body inspection, it can detect the bite of the contents of the seal part with high sensitivity. By increasing the width that can be inspected, it is possible to inspect large bag products that could not be inspected with conventional machines. In addition, dual lane inspection can be performed at the rear of the twin pillow packaging machine.

By introducing the remote maintenance service, Anritsu Support Center can monitor or control inspection equipment remotely for trouble-shooting or other purposes. It increases the availability rate of production line equipment, helping to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
