This privacy statement describes how ANRITSU CORPORATION and its group companies (also referred to in this document as “Anritsu”, or “we”) collects and uses the personal information you provide on our Web site: www.anritsu.com. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that they adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In the context of onward transfers, Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. are accountable for the processing of personal data they receive, under the EU-U.S. DPF, and subsequently transfer to a third party acting as an agent on their behalf. Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. remain liable under the EU-U.S. DPF Principles if the Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc.’s agent processes personal information in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, unless the Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to damage.

In certain situations, Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. commit to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF Anritsu Company, Anritsu Americas Sales Company, Anritsu U.S. Holding, Inc., and Anritsu Infivis Inc. to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. For complaints regarding EU-U.S. DPF compliance not resolved by any of the other DPF mechanisms, you have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration. Collection and Use of Personal Information

We may collect the following personal information from you

Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Anritsu stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may choose to stop receiving our emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails. Anritsu will delete your personal information upon receiving your unsubscribe request.

Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
