Prevention of Air Pollution
In the domestic group, the first factory of TOHOKU ANRITSU CO. LTD. has a heavy fuel oil boiler for heating, which is a soot-emitting facility subject to the Air Pollution Control Law, and it is
being managed appropriately in accordance with the law. Other domestic sites and overseas group companies do not have any equipment related to air pollution.
We carry out asbestos surveys and take appropriate measures in accordance with legislation and regulations when demolishing, renovating or repairing buildings. We also strive to prevent air
pollution and reduce CO2 emissions by prioritizing the introduction of low emission, hybrid and electric vehicles for our company fleet.
Regulatory Compliance
In the Tohoku site, we have set voluntary control values that are stricter than the legal limits. And we manage to keep them below the limits.
