Investor Relations Policy

Anritsu has established an Investor Relations (IR) Department, under the supervision of the CFO, as the specialized division responsible for dialogue with shareholders. The IR Department and the CFO work in coordination with the Representative Directors, Executive Directors, and relevant Executive Officers to ensure appropriate responses. In addition, to enhance IR activities and promote dialogue with shareholders, discussions are held within the Information Disclosure Committee, which is composed of the IR Department, Accounting Department, Corporate Planning Department, Public Relations Department, and Legal Department. Furthermore, the IR Department convenes individual meetings as necessary.

Specific dialogues with shareholders include routine one-on-one meetings, as well as IR events such as quarterly financial results briefings, participation in external IR conferences, and overseas IR activities.
Opinions and information obtained through these dialogues are reported, as appropriate, to the Information Disclosure Committee and to the Management Strategy Conference.
Furthermore, the status of IR activities is regularly reported to the Board of Directors.

We have established “Rules for Prevention of Insider Trade”, which prohibit the transmission of internal information (material facts). We take great care to avoid any leakage of internal information during dialogue with shareholders. Moreover, we refrain from conducting IR activities during a certain period prior to financial results announcements and, in the event of inadvertent selective disclosure, we respond appropriately in accordance with the Fair Disclosure Rule, as required of a listed company, to prevent insider trading.
