Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Mumbai

Education: Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related subjects)

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Main Role:

Anritsu is looking for Project Manager who will oversee the successful delivery of projects and is also a key contributor to ensuring the business unit meets its overall objectives. This will include help to drive sales, support, and professional service initiatives. The successful candidate will have a large customer facing role and will include tasks which require international travel and working with multicultural/multinational teams.

The Project Manager role is responsible for managing all activities related to the delivery of a defined project. The direct reporting line and human resources administration of staff supporting the Project Manager typically lies under different functional managers. The Project Manager is responsible for working effectively and efficiently with these functional managers. They must ensure that the projects in the program are executed according to the approved plans, and that the use of the assigned resources is optimized. Furthermore, they must focus on the execution of the projects and on achieving a high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all required services and materials are ordered to meet the project plan timeline and below the project budgets
  • Tracking and approving charges to ensure costs at completion are within the approved project budget
  • Management of all incidents which may impact the project schedule
  • Issuing purchase orders and contracts to 3rd parties
  • Providing timely estimates with respect to future project costs, revenue, invoicing, and cash collection
  • Tracking progress in the project plan against milestones and work packages
  • Achieving project acceptance within an agreed trade off approved budget, timeline and customer satisfaction level.
  • Project planning – developing a project plan which includes an accurate forecast of costs, revenues, invoicing, cash flows, resource requirements, project milestones and project work packages for other resources (internal and 3rd party) delivering into the project.
  • Project implementation and acceptance to achieve key project metrics related to schedule, costs, revenue, cash collection and customer satisfaction
  • Reporting project progress to customers and internal teams.
  • Project financial planning and reporting, including costs, invoice / cost collection and revenue recognition.
  • Presales activities including developing project plans and responding to RFP/RFQ responses relevant to the project plan and delivery.
  • Define improvements and lead change initiatives that improve the program management functions and other delivery tasks.
  • Achieve customer acceptance, payments, and closure.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with formalized project management and project implementation and handling of large international customers.
  • Experience with telecommunication management and products.
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L.
  • Customer focused and effective communicator with commercial and business awareness.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.

Field Application Engineer - RF & Microwave (Pre & Post Sales)

Position: Field Application Engineer - RF & Microwave (Pre & Post Sales)

Location: Noida

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Electronics & Communications or related subjects)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Candidate should be from an E&C background and should have prior experience handling presales and post-sales in other MNC organizations.
  • Work on prospects brought in by the sales team and engage with customers to demonstrate the technical capability of the solutions through demos, presentations, and other means.
  • Proactively make the technical solution required by the customer, evaluates the demands, and recommends solutions that maximize revenues for both the customer and the firm.
  • Coordinate closely with technical manager and sales manager and service resources to align our solutions with customers business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure the passed-on opportunities are effectively covered and monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process.
  • Candidate must be able to prepare Statements of Technical Compliance for a variety of government tenders, as well as understand and prepare configurations.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be involved in installation and commissioning, which will necessitate the design of an acceptance test procedure based on the customer orders.
  • You will be responsible for delivering RF support to customers employing advanced RF technologies such as Radar, Satcom, EMC, NR, LTE, LTE-A, and test equipment as a Field Application Engineer.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in the RF microwave and Digital Communication Concepts.
  • Hands on RF test experience to setup and calibrate and work closely with customer for system testing, performance/optimization and recommending configuration changes as needed
  • Knowledge of the following technologies will be beneficial=> SI, Tetra, DMR, Analog Radios, WCDMA, and GSM/GPRS.
  • Support will also include the installation, maintenance, and support of our test systems during test evaluation.

Essential Knowledge / Experience:

  • Experience on RF Tx, Rx, Performance, Radio resource Management.
  • Solid understanding of Conducted and Radiated RF test techniques including cable loss and interference hunting.
  • Solid understanding of TX Power, TX EVM, and RX sensitivity testing.
  • Working Experience with RF Conformance system hardware and software for 3G and LTE will be added advantage.
  • Understanding of the RF physical layer.
  • Experience with Test equipment such as Spectrum / Signal Analyzer, Signal Generator, Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters / Sensors, and RF conformance test system etc.
  • Experience in handling equipment control like SCPI commands, MATLAB, Python etc.,
  • Understanding of digital communications systems, RF propagation, WCDMA, OFDM, telecommunication concepts.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation.
  • The ability to learn quickly and must be a self-starter.

Executive - Product Marketing

Position: Business Development Executive/ Executive- Product Marketing

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication (B.Tech /B.E), with MBA is added advantage.

Experience: 0.5 to 2 yrs. Female candidate with experience in telecom industry is preferred.

Position: Field Application Engineer – High Speed - BERT & Optical

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related subjects)

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Main Role:

  • The FAE should provide Technical Pre and Post Sale Support to end customer.
  • Assist Sales Account Manager – with preparing technical documents, presentations, and Product /solution demonstrations.
  • Conduct demonstrations, Post Sale equipment installation and commissioning of Oscilloscopes, Bit Error Rate Testers, Transport Testers, and Optical equipment on requirement basis.
  • Provide Technical Product training to Customers and Channel Partners.
  • Prepare compliance Statements for Tenders.
  • In this role, the FAE will interact directly with technical users at customer site and get involved in the current and next generation technologies of Measurements for:
    • High Speed Buses like PCIE, USB, and PAM-4 etc.
    • Transport Network like 10/40/100/400G Ethernet, SDH/PDH/OTN, 5G/ORAN, SyncE, CPRI/eCPRI.
    • Optical Networks using Optical Spectrum Analyzer, OTDRs and other optical instruments that are primarily evolving in the Semiconductor and Telecom domain.

Job Requirements:

  • Have at least 3-4 year of working in related industry (Semiconductor and T&M industry will be preferred)
  • Have at least 1- 2 years of hands-on experience working under environments like Semiconductor, Computer, Telecom/Datacom circuit design and testing.
  • Knowledge of interfaces like PCIE, USB etc. is highly preferable.
  • Good understanding of Optical, Transport Network and Signal Integrity, Jitter and Compliance Testing of various High Speed Serial bus standards – USB, PCIE etc.
  • Experience for measuring, testing of DUT (knowledge/ Hands on experience of products like Transport testers, Optical Spectrum Analyzer, OTDRS, OPM & OLTS with Oscilloscopes, Bit Error Rate Testers and similar Test & Measurement is preferred).
  • Must be customer oriented and highly cognizant of the importance of customer support.
  • Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and must be flexible enough to deal with different technical skill levels in a highly dynamic work environment and schedule.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • The position is based out of Bangalore and involves some travel – Should be able to travel with short notice.
  • Desired to have a programming skill in language like Python, & MATLAB with knowledge of MS Office applications.
