New Digital Force Balance
The new force balance load cell with improved performance and digital vibration control achieve the highest weighing accuracy of ±0.006g even on high-speed lines where vibration effects occur.
Small Diameter Rollers
Small diameter rollers with a diameter of 5 mm allow for stable conveyance of even small products.

Automated Reject Timing Setting
Equipped as standard with a high-speed air jet rejector that offers accurate rejection even at 1000 products/minute.
The optimal rejection timing is automatically set by simply inputting the product length and belt speed.
In addition, even in cases where conveyance is disrupted during transfer between conveyors, the "Reject Timing Correction Function" detects the position of the product once it is on the rejection conveyor and corrects the timing to ensure accurate rejection.
