Anritsu’s eoPath puts service providers in control of organization-wide service management

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK, February 2, 2009 – Anritsu today announced the launch of eoPath, a suite of service management applications that puts service providers in control of customer experience by improving service quality, managing partners and reducing churn in converged and IMS/NGN networks.

eoPath brings all the elements of service management together by combining real-time views, workflows and analytical support in a suite of applications that offers what Anritsu describes as ‘Service Intelligence’. The applications in the suite address wireline and wireless service providers’ need to deliver high service quality seamlessly across different devices and platforms in a cost efficient way.

eoPath builds on a service modeling concept that provides a consolidated view of the customers’ current experience of the delivered services. It enables active customer management across the service provider’s organization by giving key account managers, customer operations and service operations an overview of current service quality and relating these to the service objectives defined in the customers’ service level agreements.
