Anritsu President Participates in UN Global Compact Leaders Summit CEO Study 2010
Anritsu’s president, Hirokazu Hashimoto, will appear in the “UN Global Compact[*1] Accenture CEO Study 2010,” an investigative report that will be presented during the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in New York (USA) on June 24 and 25, 2010.
The UN Global Compact is a voluntary international corporate citizenship network that supports ten principles in the area of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption, the GC was initially proposed by then-UN Secretary-General Kofi A. Annan at the World Economic Forum in January 1999 and started its operations at UN headquarters, New York in July 2000. Anritsu declared that it would participate in March 2006.
