Who is Eligible
Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted. Employees and their immediate families (including household members) of Anritsu Company ("Sponsor"), or its agents, affiliates, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.
How to Enter
Limit one entry per person. All entries received during the promotion timeframe as specified in these rules need only enter once to be eligible for drawing. Incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. Use of a street address is required and cannot include a P. O. Box, PMB, AP/FPO or similar address. A phone number is required for notification. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The contest begins February 1, 2011 at 8:00 AM (PST) and ends March 31, 2011 at 11:59 PM (PST). Only those entries submitted and received during the aforementioned dates/times are eligible for the random drawing.

Winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond to the notification and/or telephone notification within five days from notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor by responding via e-mail. To do so, anyone with a registration should update the information stored with Sponsor by sending an e-mail to Marketing-Communications@anritsu.com.
Sponsor reserves the right to have winner complete/provide all necessary documents/information to assure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. A person found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. In the event the contest is compromised by a non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the contest.
Odds of receiving a prize depends upon the number of entries. Incomplete or incorrect entries are void. All federal, state and local taxes, and all income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and return them within ten (10) business days as a condition of receiving a prize. Failure to return the completed documents or provide required information will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. Winners consent to use of their names and/or photographs for promotional purposes and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer is permitted except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a similar prize of equal or greater value will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for the acts of third parties. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen items. Only stated prizes will be awarded and prizes have no cash value. By claiming or receiving a prize, winner: (i) acknowledges compliance with these official rules including all related requirements, (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, (iii) agrees that no claim relating to such damages, losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor, its agents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and that Sponsor and its agents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind outside those written in these Official Rules, (b) disclaim any implied warranty; and (c) are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from altered, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, inaudible, garbled, illegible or incomplete matches, or human, telephone, computer, online, or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections), or acceptance and use of a prize or travel in connection therewith. Winner assumes liability for injuries or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the contest, or by the acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
