Anritsu Infivis Inc. is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. The Business System Analyst will be familiar with database development and report development in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business One. This person will see success through great technical capacity, organizational skills, initiative, and end-user focus. The Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for business process improvements, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of multiple projects. Including project organization, execution, and design. Anritsu is located just west of O’Hare International Airport.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/ Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field, and one to two years of post-graduate studies.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in systems analysis and/or programming required with project management or leadership responsibilities.
  • Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing systems analyst tasks. Some independent judgment required in setting priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects.
  • Must have the ability to communicate, motivate, and organize projects among a broad spectrum of personnel throughout the network, frequently under deadline pressure.
  • Knowledge of information systems, including some familiarity with financial / business applications sufficient to use and support online industrial machines for a remote access program.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment environment preferred, but not required.

Skills Required:

  • SAP, or other software implementation experience
  • Understanding of Material Requirement Planning working knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • SAP Module Experience in Operations functionality
  • Experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
  • Creating Process Flow Charts and workflow documents in Visio or similar program
  • Strong adaptability, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written or presentation)

Essential Functions:

  • Acts as the administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com and SAP.
  • Acts as the Project Manager focused on increasing efficiency through business systems within the light assembly department and assists in finding process solutions within the scope of our industry.
  • Determines process efficiency by creating detailed flow charts of our existing and future processes through a collaborative approach across multiple departments to leverage technological systems which best suit our business model.
  • Performs systems analysis, database design, programming and training and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.
  • Assumes a greater leadership role, utilizing broad knowledge and high-level technical skills in addition to the Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Performs or assists in modifying a variety of complex programming tasks, such as designing, documenting and integrating systems to improve efficiencies within Salesforce.com and SAP.
  • Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications; Defines system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives.
  • Coordinates the efforts of staff or contractors to locate, assess, install, test, and maintain computer software systems also coordinates and schedules conversions and upgrades to vendor systems.
  • Provides technical training, guidance, and resource support for end-users and departmental staff.
  • Performs as a project lead; Provides leadership and coordination on technology-driven efficiencies with direction from the management team.
  • Assists in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of application systems.
  • Continues to develop professional skills in the information systems within the food and packaging manufacturing industry through the use of trade magazines, manuals, seminars, and courses. Assists in training coworkers on new efficiencies and technologies.
  • Setup, assignment and deployment of new employee workstations, VOIP, cellular, and vendor systems and manages IT equipment inventory.
  • Performs Senior Business Systems Analyst complex duties on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Anritsu is looking for an Application Specialist to join our team. The Application Specialist provides support to the sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks, including the generation of sales quotes. This person will be the main point for the Regional Sales Managers. In order to be successful at this roll the ideal candidate should be organized, flexible, and tech savvy. This person will need to balance multiple projects and prioritize them.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • A critical component to the success of the sales team and the overall success of the organization.
  • Partners with the regional sales managers and agents to assure all details are accurate and support in follow up to assure projects remain active through direct communication with regional sales managers and independent sales channels when appropriate.
  • Analyzes application details through various systems and support personnel to determine the proper engineered solution for presentation to the customer. Creates and provides equipment proposals to the field per these activities efficiently and accurately.
  • Supports the CRM database of leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities for assigned territory.
  • Updates CRM opportunities by attaching quotation, adding line item pricing upon completion of quote and important project notes.
  • Assists with the CRM entry and follow-up of all trade and marketing leads generating from marketing.
  • Helps prepare and support the sales meetings including involvement with the meeting.
  • Supports the sales team on other sales related activities that are relevant to closing orders.
