ensure that your solution received full attention. Your Support Level
Agreement will give you access to our large palette of services. Three Support
and Maintenance Agreement levels are offered to suit your needs and your
budget: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Ranging from Help Desk reporting to On-site
assistance our Services will have one main focus: helping you. Your investment
in our products and services is your guarantee for quality.
Anritsu has
a team of experts dedicated to System Administration tasks for our customers.
We provide assistance with regards to Linux, Oracle and our own as well as 3rd
party applications. Daily maintenance and monitoring of your solution will
secure the best possible ROI, Return On Investment.
Solution
audits give you an overview of the monitored area: system, operation or
service. Based on our feedback customers have the possibility to bring
adjustments where needed.
You may
have special individual requirements towards screen views, reports, scripts or
the like, which hasn’t been defined in the agreement with Anritsu (often
simply because customers was unaware of the capabilities and flexibility of
our solutions). Our Advanced System Configuration service will provide what
you are missing.
