With the explosive increase in data communications volumes due to the popularity of smartphones and mobile terminals, communications bus interfaces are adopting the faster PCI-Express Gen5 (32 Gbit/s) standard. In addition, peripheral devices, such as personal computers, smartphones, and tablets, are handling more data, so there are high expectations for commercial rollout by these products of the USB4 standard supporting maximum speeds of 40 Gb/s.

This solution combining the Anritsu Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A with the Teledyne LeCroy LabMaster 10Zi-A digital oscilloscope and QPHY software not only supports PCI-Express systems, but also covers USB3.2/4 and Thunderbolt for the world's widest test coverage.

It is fully integrated with the QPHY-PCIe4-Tx-Rx software to completely automate PCIe 4.0 tests, helping cut test times even further while eliminating operator errors in a complex test environment.
