Anritsu's Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)



The unprecedented COVID 19 pandemic is a disruptive force and a concern for the global community. During these times and always, Anritsu Infivis Inc. USA (Product Quality Assurance Group) is dedicated to the support of our customers and the safety of our employees. All of our employees are healthy and we are operating as normal but in a virtual office position for those who can work remotely. Key personnel remain at our corporate USA offices assuring we ship parts and equipment on time in a constant effort to support your operations and ultimately the food supply chain.

The parts and service teams are ready to support you. We understand the importance of keeping your production line running and the importance of food safety. If a service technician visit is not an option, we have teams ready to support you over the phone and through screen sharing of our on-site equipment to help guide you through any technical issues you may have during this time. As normal, our phone support remains at no charge and can be reached 24/7 by calling 847-419-9729 x321, or connect with us.

Our supply chain remains strong and intact. Assembly is running on schedule but we do see a slowdown on internal US deliveries as LTL transportation services are delaying local shipments. We have equipment in inventory and we now locally assemble numerous core products with many flexible options to meet the requirements of your projects and production lines. In some cases, we can ship as quickly as 1 week if in stock and 6 to 8 weeks if it is a locally assembled product.

We take your business and employees’ safety as seriously as we take ours. We will continue to follow the Covid-19 protocols as established by the CDC and WHO in a community effort to flatten the curve and stop the spread.
