Anritsu Launches Free e-Learning for Mobile Device Engineers

1/21/2015
Online Courses Featuring Modular Series of Training Videos Available to Customers at Their Convenience; Designed to Increase Productivity

Richardson, TX – January 21, 2015

Anritsu Company launches free e-Learning courses based on its Rapid Test Designer (RTD) that have been created to help mobile device engineers more effectively test cellular modem chipsets and devices under development. Featuring a curriculum that includes a modular series of professional product training videos, RTD e-Learning is a program instituted by Anritsu to help customers validate their designs, shorten time-to-market, and improve test procedures for greater productivity.

Staff members belonging to an organization that has entered into an RTD support agreement with Anritsu can log into their personal e-Learning account at times that are most convenient. Users can progress through the courses at their own pace to learn best practice test design tips and techniques for analyzing specific technologies. Practical exercises consolidate understanding, and certificates are issued to those who complete the e-Learning to confirm expertise in using RTD to verify mobile chipsets and devices.

“Our new e-Learning service represents added value for our customers. Development of expertise is key to productivity and our just-introduced educational resources address this need. Anritsu is excited to offer this very specialized service to our customers as we continue to focus on the tools to reduce test time and help our customers bring products to market faster,” explained Bob Kersey, Director of Wireless Testing Solutions for Anritsu Company

RTD is an integrated test environment for Anritsu’s premier range of signaling testers for LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and GSM radio technologies. It enables mobile device engineers to rapidly create tests and troubleshoot modem issues early in the development cycle to save costs and reduce time to market.
