Frequency-Agile 1x4 Demultiplexer for High-Speed Testing up to 43.5 Gb/s
The MP1804A 1x4 demultiplexer has a standard remote control interface and digital display capability, and produces 4 parallel data signals at a maximum of 10.875 Gb/s each from a single data input signal of 43.5 Gb/s. The operating frequency can easily be extended up to 48 Gb/s as an upgrade whenever needed. Anritsu's MP1764D 4-channel Error Detector is the best complement to the MP1804A for analyzing the demultiplexed signals.
Q-factor measurement at any ultra-high data rate is now easier than ever with the MP1804A's high resolution threshold voltage of 0.001 V. It also offers independent clock delay adjustment functions for the 43.5G clock input and the 4 divided clock outputs. This unique high-precision variable delay capability enables the error rate change of phase direction to be measured, and thus provides a "Bathtub Curve" with high accuracy. The MP1804A DEMUX unit can also conduct highly accurate evaluations of an optical circuit's quality and O/E devices used in optical systems.
