Latin American CSP signs Multiyear supply agreement for Anritsu’s Next Generation Service Assurance solution

Copenhagen, Denmark - 20th February 2014: Anritsu A/S, a global provider of Operations Support Systems (OSS) for advanced and converged networks, announced today that they have signed a multi-year frame agreement to supply next generation E2E monitoring with a large Latin American CSP.

Copenhagen, Denmark - 20th February 2014: Anritsu A/S, a global provider of Operations Support Systems (OSS) for advanced and converged networks, announced today that they have signed a multi-year frame agreement to supply next generation monitoring, troubleshooting and customer experience enabling technology to cover the GSM, GPRS, UMTS and LTE network of a large Latin American CSP.

 

The Frame Agreement with Anritsu extends and enhances the currently deployed solution with its LTE service assurance analytics product suite. New capabilities such as data service analysis through the integrated DPI capabilities provide CSPs with unparalleled visibility of the user behaviour and real time experience.

 

The Anritsu solution provides insight into network and service problems using real-time and historical information extracted from the network. Anritsu’s customer experience solutions, network monitoring, troubleshooting and near real time analysis means that CSPs can resolve problems quicker, – enabling fast time to fix, improved customer experience and continued revenue generation.

 

By helping CSPs to quickly resolve problems occurring in multi-vendor, multi technology networks, the commercialisation benefits of new end-user services and new network technology can be achieved faster, enabling fast time-to-market for new services and networks, as well as reduced subscriber churn, increased subscriber satisfaction and increased CSP revenue.

 

The signing of the Frame Agreement and selection of Anritsu’s solution for LTE future proves the CSPs investment, enables them to efficiently implement their LTE deployment plans and provides the platform capabilities to support VoLTE and other emerging technologies when required. “Anritsu is a leading provider of test equipment from R&D to Service Monitoring and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with this leading company in the region”.
