Why Work at Anritsu

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and challenging workplace, but that’s as

far as we’re willing to define our culture. Anritsu’s culture needs to be flexible enough so

everyone can be a part of, and contribute to, its definition. Our employees flourish in this

culture. It allows them to express themselves and to use their personal drive and ambition

to succeed. We like to think it also helps to maintain a high level of excitement for what

they do and encourages them to test the limits of their abilities.

Our Culture

Anritsu is a place where your input is expected and your hard work is rewarded. The energy and dedication it takes to create the kind of leading edge technology Anritsu is known for, deserves to be acknowledged by your company and your peers. This is the kind of company culture we strive for.

A corporate commitment to our environment is key. To build on our donations and sponsorships, we make it easy for employees to tie in to the local community. We hold on-site events to give blood, collect canned food, and gather toys for needy children. And since we believe a good business is equal to a healthy ecology, we are committed to an aggressive recycling and resources conservation program.

We take fun very seriously when it comes to creating an environment for team innovation. Our Recreation Committee is run by Anritsu employees for Anritsu employees. They’re busy right now, organizing an enticing variety of recreational, social and sporting events.

Not all the fun happens off-site. Right at corporate headquarters, we have a state-of-the-art fitness center fully equipped with Cybex weight equipment, Precor treadmills and elliptical crosstrainers, and Tectrix exercise bikes and stair climbers. And if you’re looking for exercise with a little competition, you can work up a sweat on our on-site volleyball and basketball courts, battle it out on our ping-pong tables, or head to the pits for a rousing round of horseshoes. Company-sponsored leagues, such as golf and softball, are also an option.
