eoPath Insight offers a unique combination of near real-time visibility of your service, partner and network performance, and a set of powerful analytical capabilities. Its workflow definitions help you integrate Insight across your organization.This means that various parts of your organization have access to the same data, but with optimized views for each specific user’s needs. This allows for cross-departmental workflows and sharing of information, which enable you to reach the right decisions quickly and accurately.

Near real-time dashboards and intelligent reports allow users to focus on important information so results are gained quickly and the risk of errors and misinterpretation is minimized. Thanks to eoPath’s unique data richness, potential service problems can be instantly analyzed by drill-down to underlying data and individual data records if needed.

Pull or push?

One of the very core capabilities of Insight is its ability to guide users in their analysis and present the information that is most relevant at any stage in the analysis. These workflows are realized with two key features, namely report linkage and the encyclopedia. Two main types of workflows can be identified:

Pull - A user wants to analyze a particular matter
Push - The system makes the user aware about an issue or problem

Supported by eoPath’s rich Data Ware House (DWH) infrastructure, eoPath Insight provides advanced analytical reporting capabilities. Integrated drilling capabilities and predefined workflows guide and support the user through the analysis, which optimizes root-cause analysis process. Conditional formatting, smart filtering, and sorting functions allow users to interpret a report faster and to find relevant information.

Easy drill down functionality

Although eoPath Insight is an independent solution component, it fully integrates with eoPath’s other applications via eoPath’s Portal and Dashboard functions. This, for example, enables seamless drilldown from a Dashboard object into underlying eoPath DWHs, and down to individual call or data records.
