Private Medical and Dental Insurance
Medical cover includes employee and dependants by marriage or common law partner of 2 years or more. We also offer dental cover to employees with the option for deductions to be made through payroll to cover spouse/partner.
Personal Pension Scheme
7% Company contribution with a minimum 2% employee contribution with a choice of investment funds and regular access to an Independent Financial Advisor.
Permanent Health Insurance Scheme
After 26 weeks' continuous absence, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, the scheme will cover 75% of salary until fit to return or normal retirement age.

Providing up to 4 times basic salary in the event of death or serious injury.
Flexible Working Hours
7.5 hour working day with a flexible start finish program: Core Working Hours: 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Holiday Entitlement
25 days per annum initially (pro-rata in year of joining), increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service to a maximum of 30 days.
